I will get to some quick weight loss tips in a moment. First, I want to share some rather embarrassing information with you. I bet you'd never guess. Ready? I could use some quick, weight loss tips myself.
"What!??" you say, aghast and astounded, "Why am I reading your advice, you hypocritical blob?" Yes, it's true. I've been affectionately calling it my 'winter weight', however, it's mid-April now, so I guess I'll have to deal with this. "Ahh" she sighs, longing for the days when she was young and thin, without even trying.
I would like to prey on your sympathy for a brief moment, though, because my husband is a mean man. He was in one of his moods today. The kind where I wish I had the power to wriggle my nose and turn him into the jackass that he is. So, anyway, he was making some remarks regarding how I've been letting myself go lately. Yes, he did actually say that. Worse yet, he decided to NAME my little problem (gasp in horror here). Bob the Blob. Now, I've never said my husband was a smart man!
Needless to say, I definitely "found" (made) the time to work out today. And the jackass poked his head in and said with a grin, "You're trying to kill Bob!" He thinks he's funny.
Now, in case you haven't been paying attention here, or perhaps you're just a little slow, I'll point out to you that my little "Dear Diary" confession is bringing you one heck of a quick weight loss tip: Make the time. Now this could be regarding exercise or it could be about eating healthier. It really should be about both.
Quick side note: This is something that frequently mystifies me. People seem to want to either watch their eating or exercise, but what would yield the best results? Both eating healthy AND exercising consistently. Yet, they do not seem inclined to do it. So there is another quick weight loss tip: DO BOTH!
While quick weight loss does take effort, I don't think it has to be difficult or terribly painful. I'm sorry, it really does take just a little effort. But it will be worth it. I promise.
